PIOTR OGIŃSKI
Chef, digital creator, culinary personality.
He gained nationwide recognition through his participation in Hell’s Kitchen. Today, he runs one of Poland’s most popular culinary platforms – Kocham Gotować – combining professional technique with an approachable, authentic energy.
For this special evening, he will present his own interpretation of Asian flavours, created exclusively for this event.
MEIDAN SIBONI
Chef specialising in sushi and modern Asian cuisine.
Creator of the current menu at Panorama Sky Bar and the driving force behind its new culinary direction. His style is defined by precision, purity of flavour and refined presentation.
This is a “four hands” collaboration — a dialogue of flavours, techniques and personalities.
